Hair on hand: Processing time is 2-3 business days. After processing time, unit will ship out and tracking number will be send via email. (Holidays & weekends are not included)

You can skip the processing time by selecting offline payments by paying directly through Zelle at 843-901-7798 or cash(if you are local) and the unit will be ship out the same day, or can be picked up if locally. Anything after 5pm will get ship out the following day.

Any orders that are placed on a Friday, will begin the processing period on Monday.

-(PREORDERS ONLY) Please allow up to 2-3 business days for all orders to process. After processing I would proceed to place your order with the factory, natural color units typically takes 2-3 days to produce and color units 3-4 days. After the unit is shipped, it typically takes 3-4 business days to get to you.

If you need hair for an event that is preordered PLEASE order 2 weeks in advance so we can ensure you get your order in time.

-All on hand orders are ship priority mail with USPS, shipping is 1-3 business days. Signature confirmation is required.

-WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES
